Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Asistente Programatico(a) to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support program operations, coordinate projects, and streamline administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, precision, and a proactive approach to managing diverse tasks that keep our programs running smoothly. Join us in making a meaningful impact through efficient program support and exceptional administrative service. Assist in planning and coordinating events and workshops to ensure seamless execution. Provide executive administrative support by preparing documents, proofreading materials, and transcribing notes as needed. Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize files through effective filing systems—both digital and physical. Support office management functions including answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, managing office supplies, and overseeing front desk duties. Facilitate communication with providers via email, phone calls, and other channels while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Use Office Suite tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create reports, presentations, and correspondence efficiently. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and transcription to support daily operations. Proven experience in administrative roles positions with strong organizational skills. Experience with contracts, expiration dates, licenses and others. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools. Experience with project coordination, and calendar management is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines. Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, photocopiers, and office supplies management. Knowledge of data entry procedures along with clerical experience in a busy office environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.98 per hour
