Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Business Manager to join our team and support the strategic and operational functions of our organization. Duties Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals Support business development initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities Oversee financial reporting processes, including preparation and interpretation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial or operational vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies Manage treasury functions such as cash flow analysis, investment management, and liquidity planning Coordinate budgeting processes, cost control measures, and fiscal management activities to optimize resource allocation Perform account analysis, reconcile balance sheets, and oversee general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare detailed financial reports for internal review and regulatory reporting purposes Support compliance management efforts related to governmental accounting standards and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines Lead or assist in audit preparations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across non-profit or corporate accounting frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost management initiatives, financial planning, and forecasting efforts Requirements Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance Proven experience in business development, corporate finance, or financial management roles Extensive knowledge of accounting practices and non-profit accounting is preferred Proficiency with financial software systems for bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, risk management strategies, and internal controls Excellent skills in financial report writing, interpretation of complex financial data, and presentation of insights to stakeholders Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control, profit & loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning Exceptional attention to detail combined with strategic thinking capabilities Join us as an Assistant Business Manager to be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to excellence.
