Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to Semi-Retired Designer Armendariz Design Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide office support and assist the owner, a semi-retired designer, with both business and day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping keep projects, schedules, and communications organized.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones and responding to emails Scheduling appointments and meetings Client follow-up and communication Organizing digital and physical files Assisting with proposals, invoices, and project documentation Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants Supporting marketing and social media efforts Running occasional errands and assisting with general administrative needs
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with computers and common office software Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation Experience in design, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus but not required. Compensation is based on experience. Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate.
