Part-Time Monday/ Tuesday 6AM- 4PM

LOCATION

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as a key communication and administrative resource for the healthcare team, helping ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional support for staff and patients alike. Position Summary As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide administrative and clerical support to the healthcare unit while serving as an important communication link between staff, leadership, and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing correspondence, phone communications, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the healthcare unit Preparing reports, payroll documentation, meeting minutes, and other administrative records as assigned Maintaining organized filing systems, records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Supporting the Health Services Administrator with operational projects, event planning, and administrative initiatives Facilitating communication between healthcare staff, facility personnel, vendors, and outside partners Monitoring office supplies, equipment, and administrative processes to support efficient operations You'll go beyond administrative support. You'll help keep the healthcare unit organized, connected, and running effectively every day. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, clerical, or healthcare office experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer We celebrate diversity and welcome all qualified candidates.
