About the
Role:
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to support our owners and management team. This role involves a wide variety of tasks, from helping with sales tax filings to assisting different departments—including Procurement, Fulfillment, and Customer Service. If you're someone who can jump into any task, stay organized, and keep things moving, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Assist with sales tax preparation and related administrative tasks Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into software like QuickBooks. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Support multiple departments with day-to-day requests Handle a variety of follow-up and follow-through tasks across the company Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate clearly with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time Provide general administrative support to owners and managementQualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration, or a related field is a plus.Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook),Quickbooks Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, store managers, and team members.Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.What We Offer:
