Golf Carts:
A-1 Golf Carts is a small family owned and operated Golf Cart Dealership in south Chandler that opened in 1989. We started the leasing/rental division in 1996 and have been growing ever since. We provide short-term rentals for most events here in AZ as well as long-term leases and on-site rental events. We provide over 500 golf cart rentals on-site for the following events: Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Arabian Horse Show and a few more. With the growth of the leasing division, we are looking for an experienced manager with the upmost customer service and attention to detail.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage our Leasing office in daily operations while managing specific responsibilities independently. This role involves quoting and scheduling event rentals, handling billing and invoicing using QuickBooks, processing payments, maintaining daily inventory records in Excel, and managing electronic records as well as managing another employee in the office that assists. This role will implement key procedures and drive the office to meet growth goals. You will also work with the technicians in the shop as well as the logistics manager to ensure the daily schedule is obtainable and completed each week. Additionally, this role attends onsite events where event rentals are handled in person in the 1st quarter of each year. The on-site events happen mostly in the first 3 months of the year and are longer days. (7AM-6PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Event Rental Coordination:
Assist in and delegate quoting rates and scheduling event rentals via phone, email, and in person while onsite at events.
Financial Administration:
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing using QuickBooks and customer billing portals.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate daily inventory records using Excel.
Document Management:
Scan and file electronic records efficiently.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor and effective email communication.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and proper email edict. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills with a courteous and customer-focused approach.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. On site events requiring attendance in Scottsdale, includes weekends and OT during events
Compensation:
Pay range listed is calculated based on hourly rate and availalble overtime pay. This does not include commission that will become available in the first year of employment.
Pay:
$45,760.00 - $86,125.00 per year
