At North Valley Vein Specialists , we're Arizona's only IAC-accredited vein center, home to a 10-time Ranking Arizona Top Vein Surgeon, and we take our patients' vascular health very seriously. Our front office? That's where the magic starts — and we need someone who brings the energy to match.
What You'll Be Doing:
You're the first face patients see and the last voice they hear. In this role, you'll check patients in and out, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect co-pays, answer phones, and make sure every person who walks through our door feels like they're in the right hands — because they are. And when the clinical side needs an extra set of hands? You're ready to roll.
You're Our Person If You:
Completed an accredited Medical Assisting program (required) Have at least 1 year of front office or medical assistant experience (specialty clinic experience is a big plus) Are comfortable floating to clinical support duties when the team needs you Know your way around EMR systems and insurance verification Can multitask without losing your cool or your smile Treat every patient like a person — not a chart number Are reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people
Bonus Points For:
Experience in a vascular, vein, or procedural specialty setting Familiarity with prior authorizations Bilingual (English/Spanish)
