Job Description

Coverstar of Arizona is looking for a dependable and organized individual to join our team as an Office clerk / Scheduler. This position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Schedule installations, service calls, and appointments Coordinate with field crews to keep jobs on track Handle billing, invoicing, and receiving payments Manage day-to-day office operations and communication Follow up with customers as needed
Requirements:
Experience with billing, invoicing, and receiving payments Strong phone and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, etc.)
