Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and growing Insulation Company? We are currently seeking a booking agent to join our team at our Phoenix location. If you have excellent customer service skills, office support experience, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Respond to incoming leads and phone calls. Book appointments for our sales team. Support our existing office crew with various administrative tasks. Address arising issues throughout the day, ensuring smooth operations. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for efficient document management and other programs.
What You'll Need:
Ability to handle and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Highly motivated with great work ethics, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Coachable and cooperative, ready to learn and adapt to new responsibilities. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed. Fast learner, able to grasp new concepts and procedures quickly. Trustworthy, demonstrating integrity and honesty in all aspects of work. And most importantly, GOOD ENERGY! A positive attitude is a must.
