Overview I am seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant. This vital role combines administrative expertise with financial support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. As a key member of our organization, you will help streamline processes, manage communications, and support our financial functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and to maintain up-to-date financial records Organize financial documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness Assist with calendar management for meetings, appointments, and deadlines using calendar tools; provide personal assistant support as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting overall office management functions Experience Proven office experience with strong administrative skills in a professional setting Prior clerical or administrative experience supporting financial functions preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation and communication Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Strong computer input skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading You will need to be finger printed for security reasons.
