10 Months Job Description Benjamin Franklin Charter School is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing excellent service to students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive school environment. Responsibilities Adhere to all Benjamin Franklin policies and procedures. Greet and assist people at the front desk. Manage incoming calls. Oversee hot lunch program at the campus level. Order, maintain and keep inventory of curriculum and supplies for teachers and staff. Take lead on planning and running several campus events including but not limited to the annual fundraiser and student of the month assemblies Provide a safe, positive environment for students. Remain professional, courteous with co-workers, parents, teachers and students. Be on time and prepared for shift. Perform other related duties as required. Professional Competencies Ability to work cooperatively with parents, students, staff and the general public. Ability to manage multiple tasks. "See a need, fill a need" mentality Ability to work independently. Knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations and rules. Ability to think critically and problem solve. ZR Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Will be required to pass a criminal background check upon hire
