Job Description

Position Overview A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical / Mail Clerk professional to support high-volume administrative and customer service operations. This role blends transaction processing with front office and mailroom responsibilities, requiring accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Transaction & Clerical Support (Primary Focus) Process service-related transactions, including cancellations and transfers Prepare documentation and respond to customer, agent, and internal requests Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism Review information for accuracy and resolve routine issues Meet productivity, quality, and deadline expectations in a high-volume environment Front Desk & Mailroom Support Provide reception coverage including greeting visitors and routing calls Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail, courier shipments, and documentation Maintain organized reception and mailroom areas Assist with scanning, filing, data entry, and general office support Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of clerical, administrative, customer service, or office support experience Experience in high-volume processing, customer support, reception, or mailroom functions preferred Skills & Experience Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transactions Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems Comfortable interacting with internal teams and external customers All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
