Overview Description Bilingual Experienced Front and Back Office Medical Assistant Our Sierra Vista location at Swan Gastro and Surgery Center is hiring for an Experienced Medical Assistant Floater. You will perform routine administrative duties and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. This individual will float to cover either front or back office when needed. Responsibilities for front/back office, but not limitied to: Perform patient intake tasks Assist with in-office procedures, patient recovery Answer phones, schedule and cancel appointments Collect co-pays

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare as a medical assistant Familiarity with EMR Strong organizational skills and time management Ability to thrive in a past-paced enviornment Team player Communication skills as you will be working with patients, physicians, and the office team. Bilingual - Spanish is a must

Monday to Friday No weekends Work setting: Clinic In-person Outpatient Ability to commute/relocate: Sierra Vista, AZ 85635: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification (Preferred) Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
