Job Description

CPA firm looking for administrative assistance for busy office. Responsibilities and Duties Facilitate office communications and calendars Provide exceptional customer service Firm billings Processing of income tax returns, financial statements, sales tax and payroll tax reports Data entry General office duties Qualifications and Skills Successful candidate needs the be able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong attention to detail. Reliability and punctuality is required. Individual needs strong verbal and written communication skills along with being computer literate and having typing skills. Experience with Excel and Word is strongly preferred.
