Job Description

Location:
Valencia, CA 91355 Provides structured coordination and operational support across the HRCM project team. Responsible for managing high-visibility activities including tours, meetings, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining scheduling discipline and minimizing disruption to field execution. Applies sound judgment and awareness of a live construction environment to prioritize requests, align activities with safety and execution needs, and follow established approval processes. Supports the Director and Sr. Managers by managing administrative responsibilities, maintaining organized tracking systems, coordinating communications, and providing visibility across project activities to enable effective decision-making and execution.
Background/Need:
The team is seeking an effective Administrative Assistant to support project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and operational execution for a high-visibility construction-related project environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive support, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between leadership, project teams, and stakeholders while maintaining efficient administrative operations.

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and project logistics across leadership teams Coordinate meetings, tours, stakeholder engagement activities, and communications Maintain organized tracking systems and project documentation Support Director and Sr. Managers with administrative responsibilities Prioritize and manage requests while aligning activities with project execution and safety requirements Ensure consistent communication flow across project stakeholders and teams Provide visibility into project activities to support effective decision-making Follow defined approval processes and operational procedures Support onsite coordination and daily administrative operations
