Arcadia, CA Job Details Part-time $2,600 a month 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Google Workspace Microsoft Outlook Phone communication Computer literacy Spreadsheets Administrative experience Telephone systems Multi-line phone systems Typing Clerical experience Proofreading Property management Office phone management Quality data entry Full Job Description Job Summary real estate company need part time office assistant Part time job offer : Monday to Thursday 9-5pm ( including 1 hr lunch ) total 28 hrs Be familiar with Appofolio system and quickbooks for date input each day Communicate with landlord and owner Send out notices to tenants per request Coordinate the repairs with handyman and vendors Get owner statement ready each month by 15th Communicate with supervisor for the rent income from the bank trust account Run reports for owner from Appofolio system Could communicate both in English and Chinese Greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with clarity and professionalism Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Strong typing skills and computer literacy for efficient data entry and document proofreading Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette in a professional manner Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively ( English and Mandarin ) Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents make a real difference!
