Part-Time or Full-Time Available We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Atherton for a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and handling reception duties professionally Answering and directing telephone calls and emails Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting rooms General administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry Handling incoming and outgoing post Maintaining accurate records and office documentation Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous administration or receptionist experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional, and approachable manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team
