Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff, LCOP members and the general public alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette. Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly. Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping using digital tools like Microsoft Office. Support the LCOP tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, bulletin management, and coordinating meetings. Skills Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Experience with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills as well as copetent written communication skills. Attention to detail for proofreading documents, data entry accuracy, and filing organization. Pay rate based on experience.
