Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and friendly part-time Office Assistant to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a small business environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Provide friendly and professional customer service Create rental contracts and customer invoices Process payments and update customer information Help keep office paperwork organized Communicate with yard staff regarding equipment rentals and returns Assist with general office duties as needed We are looking for someone who is: Positive, patient, and professional with customers A good communicator Able to stay calm while handling multiple tasks Dependable and willing to learn Comfortable using computers and office software Detail-oriented and organized Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude. •Part-time schedule with potential for additional hours as needed.
