Job Description

Front Office Assistant
  • Chiropractic Office (Beverly Hills) We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant to join our busy chiropractic practice in Beverly Hills.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office. Position Summary The Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with patient communications, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & Scheduling
  • Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Assist patients with renewing treatment plans and care packages.
  • Check patients in and out of appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Administrative Support
  • Process patient paperwork and update records as needed.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing office documents.
  • Support the doctor and office team with various administrative tasks. Personal Injury (PI) Case Support
  • Assist with obtaining and organizing documentation for personal injury cases.
  • Communicate with attorneys and case managers regarding treatment records when requested.
  • Maintain accurate PI case files and ensure documentation is properly processed. Financial & Patient Account Support
  • Collect patient payments and process transactions.
  • Explain payment options and assist patients with billing-related questions.
  • Support account follow-up and administrative financial tasks as needed. Office Operations
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
  • Assist with daily office procedures to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administrative role preferred.
  • Experience in a chiropractic or medical office is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and practice software (Eclipse and/or ChiroTouch)

  • Chiropractic Adjustments no charge, massage, acupuncture and reflexology discounted rate
  • Hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am
  • 5:30pm 1 hour for lunch.
