Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings to optimize executive and team schedules. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other office software tools Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office supplies. Assist with bookkeeping duties using accounting software to support basic financial recordkeeping and invoicing. Support office management activities including organizing files, managing inventory, and overseeing general administrative operations. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a professional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, document proofreading, and file management Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse teams and clients Previous experience in front desk management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating an efficient, welcoming office environment where your organizational talents can shine!
