Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional mannerGreet clients and visitors while providing exceptional customer serviceManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondenceSchedule appointments and maintain calendars for accounting staffPrepare, organize, scan, and file client documents and recordsAssist with data entry and updating client information in company databasesSupport tax season administrative projects and document managementOrder and maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor requestsAssist with special projects and general office support as neededEnsure confidentiality of client and financial information We are looking for someone who:
