Job Description

OFFICE COORDINATOR
"Operations-Focused Role". (aka the 4th leg of our 3-legged table) About Us We're a small but mighty creative Fabric Workroom that partners with interior designers, architects, and developers to bring beautiful spaces to life through custom home furnishings. Right now, our core operations team is a bit like a 3-legged table: solid, experienced, hardworking… but missing that final leg that keeps everything balanced, supported, and running smoothly. That's where you come in. We're looking for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely good with people. Someone who enjoys creating order out of managed chaos, keeping things moving, and being the person everyone quietly relies on. This is not a "sit at the front desk and put your seatbelt on" kind of role. You'll become the central hub of the office, helping manage communication, coordinate incoming materials, support production flow, assist leadership, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks. Managing Incoming Order & Materials Receiving and logging incoming materials and deliveries Maintaining accurate intake records Communicating arrivals to the production team Helping ensure nothing gets lost, delayed, forgotten, buried, or shuffled aside Keeping the Office Running Smoothly Organizing digital files, measurements, client notes, and production information Requesting vendor quotes and helping track project details Assisting with installation scheduling and maintaining digital calendars Supporting communication between the office and production teams Administrative Support Assisting with estimates and QuickBooks-related tasks (We'll train the right person.) Requesting and overseeing vendor proposals from field measures Helping leadership stay organized and ahead of moving priorities Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Extremely organized Naturally proactive Calm under pressure Good at juggling multiple moving pieces Comfortable learning new systems and technology A strong communicator and listener Detail-oriented and dependable Bonus points for: Shipping or logistics experience QuickBooks Pro (Okay familiarity is fine) Operations or office coordination experience Legible handwriting and strong written communication skills (Seriously, it still matters here.)
