Job Description

Front Office Coordinator New Brighton Dental | Capitola, CA New Brighton Dental is an established practice entering an exciting new phase under new ownership. We are building something intentional, modern, and patient-focused, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. We are seeking a technology-savvy, service-first Front Office Coordinator who understands the business of dentistry and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and a high level of service Managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling, and maintaining daily flow Verifying insurance benefits and ensuring accuracy of PPO details and fee schedules Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with confidence and clarity Collecting payments and accurately posting to patient accounts Confirming appointments and preparing schedules for the following day Coordinating referrals and communicating with outside providers when needed Maintaining accurate patient records, documentation, and charts Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience Keeping the front office organized, clean, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Dental front office experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance (PPO preferred) Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Confident communication skills with a friendly, professional presence High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks Strong phone skills with clear, positive communication Comfortable with computers and dental software (Dentrix, Archy, Eaglesoft, or similar) Knowledge of HIPAA and dental terminology What Sets You Apart You lead by example and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset You are adaptable and open to growth as systems and workflows evolve You take ownership of your role and follow through on tasks You support your team and contribute to a collaborative, respectful environment Why Join New Brighton Dental Established practice with new ownership and a clear vision for growth Modern, professional environment with ongoing improvements and upgrades Supportive team that values communication, accountability, and respect Opportunity to grow with a practice that is actively evolving and improving Compensation & Benefits $41,600 annually, with growth opportunities based on experience Benefits will include medical and dental coverage, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k), with additional benefits to be introduced as the practice continues to grow.
