A growing commercial property management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, tenant communications, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key support resource for a busy team.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage calendars, meetings, and scheduling requestsPrepare reports, correspondence, and presentationsMaintain electronic and physical filing systemsAssist with contract and lease documentationCoordinate office supply ordering and vendor communicationsSupport leadership with special projects and administrative initiativesTenant & Client SupportRespond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriatelyMaintain accurate records and database informationAssist with work order tracking and vendor coordinationSupport customer service efforts and office operations
