Onsite Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant I to support daily operations within a manufacturing plant environment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and office support while ensuring smooth front-office operations, accurate documentation management, and efficient coordination across departments. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to plant operations and leadership teams. Answer incoming calls and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and customers. Maintain office records, tracking spreadsheets, reports, and filing systems. Perform data entry and utilize Excel for reporting and tracking purposes. Organize, scan, and maintain compliance and audit-related documentation. Assist with Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing and reconciliation support. Track and manage expense reports with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate office supply inventory and general office operations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution. Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned. Perform file retention, purging, and shredding according to company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills Experience supporting manufacturing operations. Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes. Strong data management and reporting skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Interview Process Initial interview via Microsoft Teams. Possible second onsite interview. Additional Information Fully onsite position. Stable weekday schedule.
Pay:
