We are looking for people with great personalities and positive energy to work at our office located in Rancho Dominguez. Customer Service/ Receptionist experience would be a plus. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin/Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in various office management tools, and demonstrate a proactive approach to administrative tasks. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in office administration within a professional environment committed to excellence. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls appropriately Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record-keeping Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record retention policies Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating appointments and meetings Provide customer support through effective phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency and safety Requirements Proven office management or clerical experience, ideally within a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills for engaging with clients and team members professionally Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Strong typing skills and familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and scanners This position offers an engaging work environment where your administrative talents will be valued.
