Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling across teams
- Coordinate events, meetings (in-person & virtual), and logistics
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-functionalmunication
- Support onboarding, equipment setup, and administrative operations
- Handle facilities coordination and assist with special projects Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Experience supporting senior executives (calendar, travel, operations)
- Strongmunication skills and professional behavior
- Excellentanization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in tools like Calendar, Slack, Keynote/PowerPoint, etc.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information What's in this Administrative Assistant position for you?
Pay:
$27.96/HR.Shift:
Onsite / Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM- Weekly paycheck

Pay Details:
