Schedule Monday-Thursday:

Part-Time Front Office Coordinator Our Front Office Coordinators are the face of AllSafe Medical Group. We are looking for someone with a warm personality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to keep patient flow running smoothly while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and bubbly personality preferred. Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office. Medical Assistant (MA) certification is not required but is preferred. Responsibilities Greet every patient promptly, professionally, and with kindness , ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. Verify patient information and accurately collect copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and any applicable patient balances. Room patients efficiently while maintaining a smooth and steady office workflow. Coordinate patient check-out by scheduling follow-up appointments according to provider recommendations and office protocols. Create laboratory and outside imaging/radiology orders and clearly explain the next steps so patients understand how and when to complete them. Educate patients regarding follow-up appointments, laboratory testing, imaging orders, referrals, and other provider recommendations before they leave the office. Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to maintain an organized, efficient, and positive patient experience. Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to excellent patient service throughout every patient interaction. Part-Time Back Office Medical Assistant We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in an OB/GYN setting while supporting providers with excellent clinical skills. Qualifications Current Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate required. Computer literate and proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Proficient in administering intramuscular (IM) injections . Experienced in obtaining accurate vital signs and comprehensive patient history intake. Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills. Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced clinical environment. OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Escort and prepare patients for their appointments. Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical history, medications, allergies, and chief complaints. Administer IM injections and other clinical treatments as ordered by the provider. Prepare examination rooms and assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures. Accurately document all patient information within the EMR. Maintain exam room cleanliness, equipment, supplies, and infection control standards. Collaborate with front office staff and providers to ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. Deliver compassionate, respectful, and professional care to every patient.
