This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both clients and agents. The ideal candidate will assist our agents with various insurance services, help connect clients with the right coverage solutions, and support additional services such as living trusts, business insurance, life insurance, and social media management. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience Assist clients in connecting with agents to find insurance policies that best suit their needs Follow up with insurance carriers regarding quotes submitted to underwriting Service and manage policy renewals Ensure premiums are paid on time to prevent policy cancellations Communicate with carriers on behalf of clients regarding coverage and policy questions Stay up-to-date on new insurance products and regulatory changes Assist with preparation and coordination of living trusts Support agents with business insurance and life insurance policy processes Help manage and maintain the company's social media presence (posting, engagement, and basic content updates) Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly Proficiency with phone systems and client communication tools Excellent time management and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure High level of professionalism and attention to detail
