Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire) Real Estate Industry |Bilingual Mandarin Required Salary:
$54,000-$60,000Location:
near Rosemead, CA About the Role Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract?to?hire basis. This individual will support daily office operations, assist executives and internal teams, and ensure seamless communication across clients, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will bring real estate industry experience, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, email management, and office coordination
- Assist with real estate transactions, listing support, client communications, and document tracking
- Maintain databases, update internal records, and ensure accurate filing of contracts and compliance materials
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support team projects and deadlines
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Mandarin?speaking clients and partners
- Support ad?hoc tasks to enhance team efficiency and operational workflow Qualifications
- Experience working in the real estate industry (brokerage, property management, escrow, lending, development, etc.)
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or real estate platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally
