Job Description

HIRING AT
Urban Stone is a fabrication and installation stone company located in Fallbrook, CA. Hiring a part time self-motivated and organized individual, for an inventory/admin assistant position.
  • Hardworking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and report on time
  • Team player and willing to work with others to accomplish tasks
  • Proficient in basic mathematics, reading, and writing
  • Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized work area.
  • Assist the office with specific duties when asked.
  • Answers phones and emails and inputs data into company systems.
  • Maintains vendor confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Places material/supply orders
  • Helps with scheduling as needed
  • Print labels for production
  • Checking material/supply pricing
  • Manages supply room and inventory levels
  • Have proper time management awareness
  • The ability to stay on task
  • Have ability to collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis.
  • You must know how to keep yourself and the office organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
  • Can provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Job title includes but is not limited to all the above duties
  • This job can potentially move to full time employment.
