On-site About the Role We are seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and provide excellent service to employees, guests, and vendors. This role is responsible for reception support, office coordination, vendor communication, mail handling, conference room management, and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests and create a professional and welcoming experience Maintain reception, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure they remain organized and presentable Manage guest security badges, including check-in, check-out, and deactivation processes Serve as the primary contact for building-related requests and coordinate service tickets with building maintenance Stock and organize kitchen pantries, workrooms, and office supplies Support multiple administrative projects involving various vendors Review documents with strong attention to detail and accuracy Assist with event coordination and execution Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare USPS and accountable express packages for outbound shipment Coordinate hospitality-related services, including catering, hotel reservations, parking, and event support Provide administrative support for Excel-related projects and reporting Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Vision insurance Skills and Educational Requirements High school diploma or GED Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and MS Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed At Striden, we believe in celebrating diversity and providing a work environment where we are always treated with dignity and respect.
