Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Project Administrator/Document Control Specialist for an immediate start in Fremont, CA!
WEEKLY PAY
•OVERTIME PAY:
$32•36/hour (based upon experience)PER DIEM
$100/day for days worked (if outside 60 miles from job site)HOURS:
Shifts will be 12-hour workdays (70+ hours/week)SCHEDULE

3+ monthsJob Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support a construction project by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. This role is essential to ensuring all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or industrial environments and a strong ability to manage large volumes of documents with precision.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and reports Control the distribution of documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Track revisions and ensure all team members are working from the most current documents Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and/or hard copy) Assist with submittal and RFI processes, including tracking status and deadlines Ensure compliance with company standards and project document control procedures Perform quality checks on documents for accuracy and completeness Support project teams with document retrieval and organization Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure proper documentation flowQualifications:
4+ years of document control experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments preferred Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with document management systems (Procore, Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) preferred Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional Requirements:
