Job Description:
Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join their client's team in California. This position involves managing a range of accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, payment processing, and customer communication, to ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Issue and track invoices to customers. Process and apply customer payments accurately. Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy. Manage customer communication to ensure timely payments and resolve billing inquiries. Maintain accurate customer and financial records. Generate financial reports for management review. Drive healthy cash flow and reduce outstanding debts. Maintain positive customer relationships to support business success. Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday Benefits The position offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment. Additional Details Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
