Serve as the first point of contact for clients, community partners, and service providers, delivering professional and courteous assistance in person, by phone, and via email. Manage a high volume of correspondence, including letters, forms, reports, and case-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Maintain organized and confidential client records, databases, and digital filing systems in compliance with organizational policies and privacy standards. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and administrative processes to support efficient office operations and service delivery. Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and other documents while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards. Perform data entry and database maintenance with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor and respond to inquiries, route communications appropriately, and assist with resolving administrative issues and client concerns. Support multiple staff members by prioritizing tasks, managing competing deadlines, and providing day-to-day operational assistance. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to create reports, track information, and streamline administrative workflows. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate communication and maintain efficient office procedures.
