Job Description
I'm working with an exciting centre based therapy group focused on developmental intervention programmes for children with autism. They are a young and growing team having added two new centres recently to expand their footprint. They are currently looking for a new CAO to join their leadership team and take on responsibility for a variety of admin teams with direct line reports from directors. This role will work closely coordinating with the current COO and the rest of the founders. You will need experience leading ops and admin departments, owning P&Ls, streamlining processes and helping to grow an organisation. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to be a key part of an expanding business with a better work life balance and a real impact on families and children with autism.
