Administrative Assistant

Job Overview Please note: This is a temporary position expected to run from now through July 2026 . This role supports the Photography Department and is primarily focused on administrative and operational assistance rather than creative photography work. Photography experience is not required; however, basic camera familiarity is a plus. Key Responsibilities Assist photographers with photoshoot setup and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, products, and shoot areas Pull inventory, merchandise, and props for scheduled photoshoots Insert and organize photos within spreadsheets and tracking documents Archive, label, and save digital photo files according to company standards Create and maintain project files Manage email correspondence and internal communication Provide general departmental support as needed Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to safely climb ladders to retrieve products and inventory Preferred Qualifications Basic camera operation knowledge or familiarity with photography equipment Previous administrative, warehouse, studio, or production support experience
