Job Description
Position Summary The Hifdh Program Administrator oversees the daily operations of the Hifdh (Qur'an memorization) program, ensuring effective student support, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between teachers, students, and families. Responsibilities include managing enrollment, tracking student progress and attendance, maintaining program schedules, organizing assessments and events, communicating with parents, preparing reports, and supporting program development. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in administrative tasks, and committed to fostering a positive Islamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities Manage student enrollment, registration, and records. Monitor and maintain attendance, memorization progress, and assessment data. Coordinate class schedules, teacher assignments, and program logistics. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and program updates. Prepare reports, certificates, and program documentation. Organize evaluations, competitions, graduations, and other program events. Support teachers with administrative needs and instructional resources. Liaise with ISOC staff as needed Ensure compliance with program policies and standards. Address student and parent inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to improve program quality and student success. Ensure classrooms and learning spaces remain organized and conducive to learning. Uphold school policies, safety standards, and Islamic values. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in educational or program administration Proficiency with office software and record management Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families Familiarity with Qur'an memorization programs and Islamic educational settings preferred Preferred Characteristics Strong commitment to Islamic values and education. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
