Glendale, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Filing English Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary Medical Office is seeking a highly organized, professional, and compassionate Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will manage front-office responsibilities, coordinate patient scheduling, assist with personal injury case documentation, and serve as a liaison between patients, medical providers, and attorneys Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & Front Desk Management Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Administrative & Office Operations Maintain accurate patient records and electronic medical files. Prepare, scan, upload, and organize medical documentation. Track referrals, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments. Assist with general office organization and workflow management. Personal Injury Case Coordination Communicate with attorneys, and case managers Request and manage medical records and billing documentation. Monitor treatment status and ensure required documentation is completed. Assist with preparation of records for legal purposes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, medical office, or healthcare experience. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone etiquette. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish and/or Armenian/Russian) is required.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
