Job Description

Job description: We are seeking a case manager assistant that will work directly with our case managers in retrieving all necessary documents for new and existing cases. This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire. Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned task needed.
Responsibilities:
Support Case Managers Scan and save documents Send corresponding letters to clients Drafting correspondence Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients Maintain communication with client General office support & tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Client service-oriented Ability to multi-task Attention to detail and deadline oriented It is a plus if you are
Bilingual English/Spanish Job Type:
