MONDAYS & FRIDAYS 9AM-5PM REQUIRED.
Other hours and dates are negotiable. As an Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings/appointments, and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet communication skill is required, along with experience using communication tools (Gmail, Dropbox, Microsoft office, etc...) Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision. Responsibilities Respond to emails and phone calls Schedule meetings & appointments Book travel and accommodations Manage a contact list Keep Records Organized Organize Calendars Product Ordering, Online Tracking Pick/Drop Off Mail + Packages Office Filing Requirements and Skills Quickbooks Online experience preferred Proven experience as an Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with current technologies, like Microsoft Office, Zoom Meetings, Google Meet, Google Drive Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills Please know this job will be in a
HOME OFFICE
setting and there will be Dogs/Pets in the premises. This is a part-time job with a possibility of full-time hours. Monday to Friday. This is an independent contractor work.
