Trihydro Corporation is searching for the right candidate to fill the position of Project Administrator at our Guadalupe, CA site. If you have a knack for general office administration, teamwork and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply. This full-time position requires approximately 40 hours per week and involves a blend of project support, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project directories and handle documentation. Establish and maintain organized filing systems and effective document control processes. Coordinate both electronic and physical filing methods. Archive, package, and ship historical records as required. Manage inventory and organize supplies and equipment whenever necessary. Perform various routine office responsibilities as needed. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive outlook, and initiative at all times.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members. Positive employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices. Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing tasks on schedule. Dependable work practices with the ability to work in a team environment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to producing high-quality work products. Two years of relevant experience. AA or AS Degree is preferred but not required.

Summary pay range:
