Non-Exempt Position Overview Join our school team as a key behind-the-scenes professional! The School Administrative Assistant keeps our office running smoothly, supports students and staff, and helps create a welcoming, organized environment for families and visitors. What You'll Do Support school administrators with essential clerical and office tasks. Prepare and distribute communications, schedules, and event information. Help plan and coordinate school events, everything from field trips to family nights. Maintain accurate student records, enrollment documents, and school files. Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and substitute teachers. Answer phone calls, route questions, and provide helpful information. Manage office supplies, purchase orders, and daily mail. Solve problems, direct visitors, and keep the office running efficiently. What You Bring Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to stay organized, multitask, and handle a busy office environment. Comfort with computers and programs like Word, Excel, Outlook, and online systems. Accuracy, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality. Ability to work well with diverse individuals and build positive relationships. Pay and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Office experience preferred
Starting Pay:
