Part-Time Back Office Assistant Harbour Health Center -
Chiropractic Office Huntington Beach Part-Time:
Monday - Friday 10am-1pm Harbour Health Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Back Office Assistant to join our chiropractic team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient flow and room preparation Maintain clean and organized treatment areas Support chiropractors and staff with daily office tasks Help with scheduling, filing, and administrative duties Manage supplies and inventory Ensure excellent patient experience and professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office is a plus, but not required Reliable and punctual
