Huntington Beach, CA Job Details Full-time From $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Expense management Executive administrative support Research High school diploma or GED Driver's License Organizational skills Personal assistant experience Time management Full Job Description Position Summary The Personal Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and personal support to the executive by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling communications, and assisting with daily business and personal tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up items. Personal Support Assist with personal errands and special projects. Coordinate household services, maintenance appointments, and vendors. Manage personal appointments and reservations. Assist with event planning and coordination. Track and manage personal and business expenses. Communication and Coordination Serve as a liaison between the employer and clients, vendors, contractors, and staff. Follow up on outstanding tasks and commitments. Coordinate schedules among multiple parties to ensure efficient time management. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Project Management Assist in planning and executing special projects. Research products, services, vendors, and other information as requested. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Develop systems to improve efficiency and organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Ability to travel locally as needed for errands, meetings, or appointments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Work Environment Combination of office, remote, and field environments depending on employer needs. May require occasional evening or weekend availability. Frequent interaction with clients, vendors, and service providers. Work Location In person at the Huntington Beach location with occasional work days at the Newbury Park, CA office location (typically 1-4 days a month)

From $30.00 per hour
