Office Assistant Job Type:
Full-Time Position Summary The Office Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This position assists with filing, data entry, document management, and general office duties while maintaining a professional and organized work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities File and maintain paper and electronic records in an organized filing system. Record, update, and maintain information accurately. Prepare, update, and process documents, forms, and correspondence. Assist with word processing and data entry tasks. Create, maintain, and update databases and office records. Organize and maintain common office areas and supplies. Perform general clerical duties, including copying, scanning, and filing documents. Run office-related errands as needed. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Provide administrative support to managers and staff. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Post new vehicle inventory into the accounting system. Post dealer trades into new vehicle inventory. Post service repair orders into the accounting system. Pay aftermarket products. Daily Deposit Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent require. Previous experience as an office assistant, office clerk, or related administrative role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clearly and accurately. Warm, professional, and customer-service-oriented personality. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Valid California Driver's License and insurable driving record required. Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry office materials up to 25 pounds. Ability to operate standard office equipment.
