Position Overview We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations at our Inglewood office. The Office Clerk will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in business administration, event operations, or office management. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry, filing, and document management Answer and direct incoming calls and emails Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Organize office supplies and maintain inventory Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents Support payroll, invoices, and basic administrative tasks Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth office workflow Maintain accurate company records and files Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($18.00 - $24.50/hour) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities Professional development and training Supportive office environment
