Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. Your multitasking skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help create an efficient, welcoming environment. Duties Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, coordinating meetings, Submitting reports Assist with clerical duties like proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
