Pay:
$25-$28/hr Position Overview LHH is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to our client in near Laguna Woods. This role is responsible for managing complex office functions, coordinating departmental activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced administrative and clerical support to executive leadership Working within InDesign to create pamphlets and marketing materials Compose correspondence, prepare reports, and manage documentation for departmental activities Coordinate communication and workflow between internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders Maintain complex filing systems and accurate records, including personnel changes, schedules, and budgets Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget accounts Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes Screen and direct calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about programs and services Support onboarding and personnel-related administrative processes in coordination with Human Resources Coordinate clerical staff and assist with project-based administrative work Arrange meeting logistics, including facilities and materials Drive to meetings, workshops, or other work-related events as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; additional coursework in business or office administration preferred InDesign highly preferred Several years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
